Returns

At Red Leafs Sports, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Used sporting equipment
• Items damaged due to misuse

Online Orders

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team with your order number
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Include the return authorization form provided by our team
• Ship the package to the address provided

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
